Ownership: tribalveda.in is owned and operated by Jovaki Agro Food India Private Limited. The company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, packaging, offer, design, layout, or content at its sole discretion.

🧾 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

Any false, outdated, or misleading information may result in cancellation of orders or denial of service.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

⚠️ Errors, Bugs & Technical Issues

While we strive to maintain a secure and error-free platform, Jovaki Agro Food India Private Limited does not guarantee that the site will be free from bugs, viruses, or technical failures. We are not liable for any damages arising from such issues.

We reserve the right to make updates or improvements to the site for compatibility with technological advancements, and customers agree to cooperate with any such changes.

🛍️ Product Sales & Order Fulfilment

Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted 24/7, 365 days a year. Processing begins once payment is successfully credited.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability may also vary.

Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team at +91 9257108460 or emailing support@tribalveda.in. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Tribalveda: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incomplete customer information. Refunds will be initiated promptly in such cases.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1 - Defective or damaged products
2 - Incorrect product delivered

Conditions for return:

1 - Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
2 - Product must be unused and in original packaging
3 - Customers must provide an unboxing video to validate claims

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, we advise you to refuse delivery and report the issue immediately.

💳 Refunds

Refunds for valid returns are initiated within 4–5 working days of receiving the returned product.

For cancelled orders (before shipping), refunds are processed immediately.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

🎁 Promotions & Offers

Due to Shopify’s system limitations, a maximum of 5 discount codes can be applied per order. Additional discounts may not be applied beyond this limit.

⚖️ Legal & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from the use of tribalveda.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Any failure to enforce a provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
